@tomabba Tom, I've never even SEEN any of the original published editions of the Wheatley/Links books, let alone own one sadly. I wonder how many survived intact.
The other direction here is BS Johnson's wonderful The Unfortunates, his 60s "book in a box".

Photos, yes! The other possibility, of course, is that none of those books, ever, was really completed, few even properly opened.
